
Painting Commission Process
01. Ideation
The Client can provide the idea's premise to get start or the Artist can help provide a basic ideation for client's to build upon it. After the ideation is finalized, a 40% deposit will be require before the start of the project.
02. Sketch
The Artist will provide the Client 3 illustration sketches as options. Within 2-4 business days since the deposit. The Client is to view, choose and give feedback on changes for the Rough- Draft.
03. Rough Draft
The Artist will provide the Client 1 illustration rough draft for client to view and give feed-backs; within 5 days after the sketch has been approved. The Client(s) are allowed to have 2 minor revisions for the rough draft.
04. Line-Work
The Artist will provide the Client with the final line work within 5-7 business days after the approval of the rough draft. Final line work is meant for the Client to have a clear understanding on how the final artwork turn out. Any changes from this stage onward will have deadline & budget implication.
05. Color Draft
The Artist will give the Client 2 color drafts within 5-7 business days for Client to pick and give feedback on the direction and color readjustment.
06. Final Draft
The Artist will give the Client a digital rendition within 1 week so that the Client can have a clear understand of the oil painting. Any minor change(s) before the start of Painting stage should be note down within 1-3 business day.
07. Painting Stage
The Artist will update the Client 1 to 2 times a week on the processes. Oil painting is estimated to finish in 2-3 months. Depending on the size and intricacy of idea, this estimate will change. Oil painting is a slow drying process. The Artist want to provide the Clients with the best quality artwork, so please be patient.
Notice:
Client has to note that any delay in feedback is a delay in the deliverable date of the oil painting. The Artist is open for call and contact from
9 A.M to 10 P.M - Monday to Saturday
10 A.M to 4 P.M - Sunday
